By accessing or using the Sweetly Box website and subscription service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our service.

When you purchase a subscription, you agree to the recurring billing cycle selected (monthly, quarterly, or annual).

Payment is charged immediately upon sign-up for your first box. Subsequent charges occur automatically at the start of each billing cycle.

All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

You authorise us to charge your payment method for all charges incurred under your account.

If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry. After multiple failed attempts, your subscription may be suspended.

You may cancel, pause, or skip your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.

If you are not satisfied with your box, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for a refund or replacement.

Gift subscriptions are non-refundable once shipped but may be transferred to another recipient.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse or fraudulent activity.

UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 and typically arrive within 2–3 business days.

EU Zone 1 orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked and typically arrive within 5–7 business days.

EU prices are DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning all customs duties and taxes are included in the price.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

All sweets in our boxes are vegan, sugar-free, and free from the Top 14 allergens as stated.

Products are sourced from Free From Fellows, a certified supplier.

While we take every precaution to prevent cross-contamination, our products are manufactured in facilities that may handle allergens.

Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance.

We reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value if a specific product is unavailable.
